These are the LiveNation.co.uk terms and conditions (the "Conditions"), which apply to the use of the utilitaarenacardiff.co.uk by end users. 6 USER SUBMISSIONS

9 INDEMNITY
YOU AGREE TO BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR (AND FULLY INDEMNIFY US AGAINST) ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING LEGAL FEES, SUFFERED BY US AND ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THE TERMS BY YOU OR ANY OTHER LIABILITIES INCURRED BY US ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IN RELATION TO USER SUBMISSIONS), OR USE BY ANY OTHER PERSON ACCESSING THE WEBSITE USING YOUR PC OR INTERNET ACCESS ACCOUNT.

11.2 As proof of sending does not guarantee our receipt of your notice, you must ensure that you have received an acknowledgement from us, which we will aim to send to you within 5 working days of our receipt and should be retained by you.
12 GENERAL
12.1 If any part of the Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
12.2 These Terms (as amended from time to time) contain the entire agreement and understanding between us in respect of all matters which are referred to herein and supersede any prior written or oral agreement between us relating to such matters. No oral explanation or oral information given by either of us shall alter the interpretation of these Terms. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these Terms, you have not relied on any representation that is not expressly included herein and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of these Terms. However, nothing in these Terms purport to exclude liability for any fraudulent statement or act.
12.3 The Terms will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions. The Website is controlled and offered by us from England. We make no representations that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other countries.
TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is a summary of the terms and conditions which apply to the purchase and use of this ticket (“Ticket”) to attend the event named on the Ticket (“Event”) at the venue (“Venue”). The full terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of this Ticket can be found at www.livenation.co.uk/ticketterms.
1. If you have any special access requirements or concerns about any special effects (for example lighting, sound, audiovisual or pyrotechnic effects) which may be featured at the Event, please discuss any such issues before purchasing the Tickets with Live Nation by contacting access@livenation.co.uk.
2. For seated Events, You only have the right to a seat at the Event of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket, and the promotor and Live Nation acting reasonably, reserve the right to provide alternative seats at the event to those specified on the Ticket. Where only seat of a lesser value are available, you will be offered a choice of accepting either (a) the lesser value seats available, or (b) a refund of the face value of your ticket.
3. Tickets are sold subject to the promoter’s and Live Nation’s right to alter the advertised Event as reasonably necessary.
4. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality or accommodation relating to the Event which have been arranged by You are at Your own risk. Neither Live Nation nor the Promoter shall be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure in addition to refunding the face value of the ticket.
5. Your ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. Live Nation will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stole or destroyed.
6. You may not combine a Ticket with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service and/or any other product or service to create a ticket package (“Ticket Package”) and sell or otherwise transfer such Ticket Package.
7. Live Nation reserves the right to refuse You entry to and/or eject You from the event and/or Venue (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in reasonable circumstances including without limitation (a) for health and safety or licensing reasons (b) if You behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event (c) if You use or display threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace, (d) if, in Live Nation’s reasonable opinion, You appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (d) if You fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age, (e) if You refuse to comply with Live Nation’s security searches, (f) if You breach these Terms, or (g) if Your Ticket is void. No refunds will be given to You if You are refused entry or ejected due to Your own behaviour.
8. Live Nation reserves the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which in the opinion of Live Nation may cause danger or disruption to other persons at the Event or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue as listed in the Conditions (including those items listed in this condition 8). You shall not bring any of the following into the Venue: (a) smoking materials, (b) laser pens, (c) animals (except guide dogs), (d) Your own food and drink (unless permitted by the Venue), (e) bottles, cans or glass containers (unless permitted by the Venue), (f) any item which may be interpreted as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives) or, (g) illegal substances. Notwithstanding anything else in the Condition, neither the Promoter nor Live Nation shall be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.
9. You must comply with any and all instructions given to You by Live Nation and/or all Venue stewards and staff.
10. If before or during the Event You have a complaint in relation to the Event, please speak to Live Nation or a steward promptly.
11. The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material within the Venue is strictly forbidden. You shall not bring any such equipment to the Venue or to the Event. Any recording or transmitting equipment (including professional cameras), unauthorised recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and/or destroyed by Live Nation.
12. You give Your express consent to Your actual or simulated likeness to be included for no fee within and film, photograph, audio and/or audiovisual recording to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers or the prevention of crime.
13. Smoking within the Venue is strictly prohibited. Live Nation reserves the right, without refund to eject and person found smoking in the Venue.
14. You may only leave and re-enter the Venue during an Event at the discretion of the Venue.
15. Live Nation reserves the right to allow audience members to stand in seated areas of the Venue.
16. Warning: Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing.
