Disney On Ice

Celebrate with Mickey, Minnie, and their Disney friends while reliving the adventures of your favourite Disney stories at Disney On Ice presents 100 Years of Wonder. Set sail with Moana and Maui to save the island of Motunui, and see Mirabel and the stars of Encanto live on ice as they learn everyone has a special gift. Bring back summer with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf, and sing and dance as the Disney Princesses make their dreams come true. And be inspired by the true friendships of the Toy Story gang, and Dory and Nemo. The magic of Disney is closer than ever before when Disney On Ice presents 100 Years of Wonder comes to a city near you!

Children under 2 years old go free but are expected to sit on their parent or guardian's lap. Children aged 2 years or over will need a ticket to enter.

Additional FAQ's

Buggies and Prams
Buggy Parks will be available free of charge on a first come first served basis across the venue for prams and pushchairs. These will be signposted on the day. You can also ask staff for directions.
Please note that customers will need to fold their buggy when checking it in at the buggy park.

Baby Changing
Baby Changing facilities will be located on Level 1 North and Level 1 South. These will be signposted on the day. You can also ask staff for directions.

Booster Seats
Sadly we do not have booster seats available at the venue but customers are welcome to bring their own.

Prohibited Items
In addition to our standard prohibited items (FAQ – When you arrive at the venue – Prohibited items - utilitaarenacardiff.co.uk/faq ) balloons and lasers are not permitted inside the venue.

Special Effects
As part of the magical experience, several Disney On Ice shows feature special effects, including theatrical fog, strobe lights, dazzling special effects, as well as blinking and/or spinning lights held by audience members.

Loud Noise and Hearing Protection
The Disney on Ice Show features a range of theatrical effects which include loud noises. The venue has a supply of disposable foam earplugs for customers to use (available from the reception desk) but these may not be suitable for younger customers. Customers are welcome to bring their own ear defenders with them if they feel these would be more suitable for their child.

Fancy Dress
Costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older are not permitted by Disney On Ice; this is to reduce confusion for young children. disneyonice.com/en-gb/faq/

Does Disney on Ice do shoutouts for people’s birthdays?
Due to overwhelming demand, Disney On Ice regret that they are unable to provide this service.

Child-Safe wristbands 
Child-Safe wristbands are available at reception (located in the foyer). We encourage parents and carers to collect and fill out a child-safe wristband on arrival.

Travel Advice
Please note that there is a major event taking place in Cardiff on Saturday 15 March. Road closures will be in place and public transport routes may be altered. Please plan your journey in advance and keep up to date with all travel advice via Cardiff Council.
